What a fantastic experience! The views were stunning, and the cozy room made for a very comfortable stay. We loved the complimentary dog basket and the convenient access to the beach across the street. Warm pool and friendly staff just topped it off! Can’t wait to return for another seaside getaway!

The walls are so thin I could hear our neighbor sneeze. And without AC, our room was a sauna—good thing we didn’t plan on starting a dance party!

We had a fantastic time exploring Cannon Beach! The nearby beach was just a short walk away, and we had fun playing in the sand with our two young kiddos. The hot chocolate at the lobby was a delightful touch after a day out, and we loved that the hotel had a cozy pool and jacuzzi for family fun!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available. It would be great if they could add a small play area or games room.

Make sure to visit the nearby grocery store for snacks and enjoy the lovely walking paths along the beach.

Our stay at The Wayside Inn was fantastic! The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home. The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely view of the ocean. We were delighted to find beach toys and blankets available to borrow, which made our beach time even better!

The only downside was the parking situation during peak hours.

Staying here for a Corgi Meetup was delightful, with the peaceful surroundings just minutes from downtown. The staff's exceptional service stood out, especially Molly at the front desk, who remembered personal details and helped with a first-floor room request for my husband’s birthday. The breakfast featuring perfectly poached eggs was a highlight, adding to the warm experience.

the wayside inn is an excellent place for a getaway. it's right across from the beach parking lot, making beach access super easy. we loved our queen studio, which was very clean and spacious. the staff was particularly helpful, even switching us to a first-floor room. plus, there's a great grocery store and coffee shop next door!

Great location and very welcoming for pets!

I had a fantastic stay in Cannon Beach! The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely ocean view from my second-story balcony. The staff went above and beyond, even providing a dog basket filled with treats for my furry friend. However, I did find the lack of elevator access to be a bit challenging, especially with luggage and my older dog.

Comfortable queen studio with great wifi. Lack of lamps made it dim.
